Navigation inaccurate

Symptom: Navigation internally in Prism for AL or from Visual Studio Code to Prism for AL is inaccurate.

This can happen if you had the Memory cache unchecked when you loaded the workspace and workspace files have changed since then. In this case the solution is to click the Reload button in the Workspace window.
