Trial license window
The Trial license window requests a trial license key, which we send you by email. A trial license gives you all of Prism's features until it ends. You can request one when no license is installed, when the installed license is not valid, or when your trial has expired.
Opening it
- Select Start trial… in the License block of the Home page. It is shown only when you can request a trial.
- Select Help › Get Trial License… in the Control Panel. It is disabled when you cannot request a trial.

| 8 | Cancel | Closes the window without sending anything. Esc does the same. |
A required field that is empty or not valid is marked with what to fix:

Request a trial license
- Select Start trial… on the Home page.
- Type your name, work email address and company.
- Select Send request. Prism says Your trial license has been issued, and the window closes.
- Open the email we send you. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
- Copy the key and activate it in the Activate license window.
After you send the request
