Discovery page
This page is hosted by the Workspace window.
The Discovery page contains a table of Package files that Prism for AL has considered while loading:

Enter a search expression to filter the table on path, status, signature or module
metadata (publisher, name, version and id). A version range such as 1.0..2.0
matches module versions. The text beside the field shows how many discoveries are listed.

The (virtual) path to modules here represented as app.json files and .app files.
Paths of ignored packages are dimmed.

A Prism-generated signature of the package file, shown as a short hash. An
app.json file has no signature.

This row represents the root of a Visual Studio Code project, here the LearnPrism
folder of the workspace. Projects are listed before packages.

This row represents a package successfully included in the workspace. Click the row to view module details. |
| 7 | .app file ignored |
This row represents a package file that has been ignored. Typically because another version of the module is used, because there are no dependencies to it, or because dependencies are ignored due to the selected item of the Package resolution search depth dropdown. Click the row to view module details. |
| 8 | Module details | Details of the selected row. The Discovery expander shows the path of the file; click it to reveal the file in File Explorer. The Core, Environment, Code and Miscellaneous expanders show the module's metadata. Click the expanders for details. |
When a file has errors, an Error column gives details of the error, and the Discovery expander shows the error as its Status. When modules cannot be resolved, a note above the table reminds you to download the requisite symbols (packages) and links to the documentation on runtime packages.
