Trial license window
The Trial license window requests a trial license key, which we send you by email. It is available only when no license is installed or your trial has expired.
Opening it
- Select Start trial… in the License block of the Home page.
- Select Help › Get Trial License… in the Control Panel.

| 5 | How did you hear about Prism? (optional) | Where you found Prism. |
| 6 | Privacy policy | Opens our privacy policy in your default browser. |
| 7 | Send request | Sends the request. A required field that is missing or not valid is marked with what to fix, such as Please enter a valid e-mail address. |
| 8 | Cancel | Closes the window without sending anything. |
Request a trial license
- Open the window with Start trial… on the Home page.
- Type your name, work email address and company.
- Select Send request. Prism says Your trial license has been issued.
- Open the email we send you. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
- Copy the key and activate it in the Activate license window.
After you send the request

| A trial license was recently issued | "We have recently issued a trial license to you. Please email us at sales@stati-cal.com if you need a new trial license." | A trial was issued to you a short time ago, so no new one is sent. The window closes. Email sales@stati-cal.com if you need a new one. |
| The trial license processing failed | "Ooops, something went wrong. Please try again or email us at sales@stati-cal.com to get a trial license." | The request did not go through. The window stays open with your details: select Send request again, or email sales@stati-cal.com. |
